Stripe Payment succesfull but no subscription was created by Didier BRETTENACHER
Hello,
I encountered a strange problem.
I have a payment that appears on my Stripe account, which does not match any subscription on MembershirpPro.
On Stripe, all Webhook attempts are in "successful" status.
When I look at the ID numbers in the subscription list, there is a missing ID that would correspond to this transaction.
In the email logs, there is no trace of corresponding mailings.
When I look in the Joomla user list, the user account has been created, but it is not active or enabled.
What happened?
How to fix this problem?
What do I have to do to create the missing membership.

Hello
Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Show incomplete payment subscriptions config option set to Yes.
Then go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, you will see that missing record. Change subscription status to Active and it should be OK

Thanks for your reply Tuan.
Unfortunately this is the setting already active.
As we use offline and online payment, we need to see unpaid orders.
Another suggestion?

Hello
The same this is actually going for the paypal. I sold my website and the new owner just set his email to receive the payment but after payment is complete the subscription is still missing...
Any clues how to solve this issue? I am using the 2.17.0 release because my clients subscription has ended.

Hello
See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/troubl...-ipn-troubleshooting for some tips to address this issue (maybe PayPal IPN is disabled in the PayPal account which receives payment, so you will need to enable IPN in the PayPal account)

we have encountered the same problem, as described by Didier:
This is with version 2.17.2 of OSM and of the checkout stripe plugin. Maybe there is a bug in the old version of the stripe checkout plugin that was already fixed by Tuan?
How can we activate the customer and get the emails sent?

- Stripe payment was successful
- Stripe webhook was successful (http 200)
- A record for subscription is created
- However the user was not created
- And emails were not sent

Hello
You can access to My Downloads menu item to download latest version of the payment plugin to update and check it again
If the issue still happens, submit a support ticket so that we can check it further from there (you might have to give me access to Stripe account so that I can check the webhook data... if needed)

as always, thank you very much for you help!
I have just updated both OS and Stripe Checkout to the newest versions.
We'll watch what happens with the next Customer. OK.
But: How do we activate the pending subscription and create a user?
Will the user be created and the emails sent if i manually set status of the first subscription to "active"?
