Actually, we don't support that [INVOICE_DATE] tag. For reminder email, only few tags are supported at the moment, see membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...inder-email-messages

Maybe in the next release, I will improve it to support more tags (like in standard email). I will inform you when it's implemented
