Is there any possibilty to set a Privacy Policy text as a K2 article, or an Edocman file? (We don't use the Joomla baseic articles in our site.)

Another question are the reminder expiring messages of the subscription, we can send them only to those who give us the authorization? By inserting a specific option in the user's profile.
Best Regards

Do you have plans to implement this GDPR requirement into all of your components as a standalone feature or with intgeration of Joomla:
Deletion and export of a user profile self-made by the user at front-end or manage deletion and export manually at the backend by admins after receive a request from users.
It requires to export or delete user profile data per user and per component. (It is possible, that user send a request to delete all membership data. In these case we shouldn't delete the event registration data. For this it is not enough that we can delete Joomla profile and with it all of the secondary profiles of the components.)

I think I should add support for Joomla core privacy tool. So the workflow is:
1. User use Joomla core privacy tool to make a delete request (or export request)
2. Admin receive the request, then perform it (download or delete)
3. Membership Pro + Events Booking provide data back to Joomla (base on the request)
4. The action is performed
- For delete request, data related to user will be deleted
- For export request, the exported data will be emailed to the user (who made the request)
That's something Joomla will support for in version 3.9 (in testing state at the moment, see github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/20800
