Thanks. Look like there is an issue with Joomla installer when use drag and drop somehow. I will check it more and report this bug to Joomla repo if the bug is valid

May be there is an issue with Joomla installer and your package.
I use drag''n'drop option with other extensions since it was added in Joomla - no any problems were.

Might be so. The difference in my extension installation process is that it performing redirection when the Joomla installation process complete. That redirection is needed so that we can update database schema to latest version

Strange that it works well with select but not with drag and drop
