Presales Question about file access

Hi!
I carefully read the description of your product.
As I can see we can provide access to resources.
But is it possible to provide access to files?
I'm going to sell Joomla extensions and I need to create 3 plans with different length and downloads area.
Also, it is possible to generate unique license code for each user and then integrate this code in my Joomla extension for checking active subscription (for automatic updates e.t.c).

Yes. You can provide access to files using Downloads manager plugin, see our documentation membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/miscel...loads-manager-plugin

For generating unique license code, we unfortunately, don't support that option

Unfortunately, we don't support these payment gateways. If you want to use it, you would need to develop a payment plugin

Installation failed with message: Not found.



A great start to work

But in components menu now displays Membership Pro.
When I press on this item menu I get next error:

Look like the error happens because cache is enabled on your site. Go to System - Global Configuration, look at System tab, set System Cache parameter to Off

Then try to install again, the error will be gone

Installation does not work:

Same issue on local and on Live site.

That's strange to me as it is installed properly for me and for other customers. Did you drag and drop the package for installing? If so, please press the green button (Or browse the file) for selecting the package

If it still not installed properly, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that we can install it on your site
