Sistem doesn´t create an user after the payment was created by Luis Fernandez
Dear Tuan, since I have installed last Membership Pro version, the sistem doesn´t create an user after the payment, and the suscription stay like pending. I notice the suscription because I recieve the Paypal message to my mail, and I can see there's a new payment. I use Joomla 3.6.2
Any solution?
By the way, this happened before, some time ago, in other website where I used Joomla 2.5, you can read this topic: joomdonation.com/forum/membership-pro/49...eate-a-new-user.html

Hi Luis
If subscription status is Pending, there might be a problem with your PayPal account (or your server).
For now, please:
1. Go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes
2. Try to subscribe for the plan, make payment
3. Submit a support ticket, sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check the log
4. Login to the PayPal account which receive payment, access to History -> IPN History, check to see whether there is a IPN message related to the last payment amount. If there is, click on it to view the message, make a screenshot and send that screenshot to my support ticket, too
I will then check and guide you to work on it further

Hi Tuan! After changing the Payment Plugin Log IPN parameter to yes, the sistem works fine. You say to me that I must open a support ticket...but I suposse that this is in the case that the sistem doesn't work after changing the parameter to yes. Must I?

Hi Luis
Actually, change the parameter doesn't help. I guess it is a problem with PayPal, somehow they didn't notify the system about that payment and causing the error
For now, you can change the parameter back to No and keep monitoring it. Don't submit ticket, it is not needed
