Membership Pro Integration with Registered User

We created a nutrition app with arbitrary numbers for women vs. men. I'd like to use the metadata of M / F to differentiate which numbers they are presented with with they log in.

Could you please let us know exactly how the meta data will be showed? How will you set it? And is there anything related to Membership Pro?
