Joomla edit-profile VS membership pro edit-profile

I have this issue. My registration form goes through MembershipPro. How do I get it to Sync to Joomla?

Exactly what's the problem you are having:

1. If you want to allow users to register via Joomla, then go to Extensions -> Plugins, find and make sure the plugin Membership Pro Registration Redirect is disabled and users should be allowed to register via Joomla core registration

2. If users register via Membership Pro, Membership Pro will create a user account for them in Joomla, too. So not sure what data you want to sync to Joomla?
