What if the user cancels the subscription, should it still be in a pending state? I have enabled IPN and set the website but I do not see it update if canceled.

Ok also tried to submit a payment and it went through paypal but still sits in pending also.

I will need to check IPN logs to see what's the root of the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site?
