Regarding Access Level

Hi Tuan,
I make the custom fields and it works. But actually I want to add price tag also and want to include that price in subscription total.
For example if subscription plan is $10 and customer want to order CD of $2. Then total amount of subscription will become $12 else it will be $10.
Please help me out.
