Regarding Access Level

Hello,
I want create User level access. For that I've created 3 types of group and assigned them to 3 types of plans. But whenever I create or a new person is subscribe to any plan, the Register group is set to it.
So please help me to set group type to its respected plan.

When users sign up to the subscription plan, they will only be assigned to the Joomla groups which you select if the subscription record is Active. That means :

1. If your plan is free subscription plan, they will be assigned to the groups right away.

2. If it is paid subscription plan, they will only be assigned to the groups after subscribers completed payment (or you go to back-end, change subscription record from Pending to Active if they are using offline payment method).

So that means whenever he completes his payment he'll be automatically assigned to that specific group after the user subscribe or else he will be assigned to the default group. And I have to go to back end and then assigned him to that specific group.

And one more question I have is that after his subscription get completed, when he login to site, is there any way to redirect him to his specific plan page/tab.

=> We don't have a plugin to handle that. However, it seems on the JED, there are many plugins which can do the work. Try to look at extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-...ccess/login-redirect and find the plugin which works for you

Can You please do one more favor on me. I want add some more features to my subscription page like online placing order of CD. So how can I add these fields to subscriber page.

The idea is going to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, create these custom fields to allow users to choose and place order of CD.

Give it a try. I think it will work for you.

I tried to create custom field as You say but I get the following error when I click on New.

"An error has occurred.
1146 Table 'sylveste_jmln1.joom_community_fields' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT fieldcode AS `value`, fieldcode AS `text` FROM joom_community_fields WHERE published=1 AND fieldcode != ""
Return to Control Panel "

Please guide me.

That's strange Amar. What version of the extension you are using ? Could you please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, make sure you set "Integration" config option to None and try again ?
