2Checkout Plugin not working

We have purchased the 2Checkout plugin and set it up as detailed in your instructions however when a client is redirected back to our site after making payment they get a blank page. The URL on the page is www.SITE.com/osm_2checkout_notify.php . Is there any reason why this may be happening?

Also when directed to 2Checkout 'Shipping Information' is been asked for. Is there any way we can disable this?

Could you please give us more information: after you completed payment, do you receive any confirmation email from the system? What's the status of the subscription record... Could you please make a screenshot of the "blank page" so that I can look at it to see what's wrong ?

This is the exact same issue I am having and my forum post seems to have being deleted!

When Payment is made. You receive a mail from 2checkout but you do not receive any mails regarding your subscription.

Its a blank page there is nothing to see. Even with Firebug you see nothing of interest.

Any help much appreciated.

I have to agree with John, taking a screenshot of a blank page seems kinda pointless as that's all it is, a blank white page!

Likewise I am receiving confirmation email from 2Checkout for the payment but nothing regarding the subscription. No subscription is created.

Thanks for reporting. Please be patient with me alitle more. I will try to check and solve the issue before this time on tomorrow. I have my whole day on tomorrow to work on it !

Update : I think I found out the reason of the error and had just fixed it. Could you please access to My Downloads menu item, see your order, download latest version, upgrade it to your site and check it again ?

Sorry to say there is no change. After making payment on 2Checkout I am been returned to our site to a blank page with joomla51.com/osm_2checkout_notify.php as the URL.

In updating I re downloaded the payment plugin and installed it via MembershipPro. I also replaced the osm_2checkout_notify.php from the new download.
