I just installed Membership Pro and I'm having the same problem.

I'm having the problem on my site using Joomla 3.1.5. I just installed M P on a site that I'm using Joomla 2.5.14 and it works fine
Hope that helps. Guess I could go back to 2.5 but I really like the 3.1.5

No need for going back to 2.5. Please submit a support ticket giving us admin and FTP account of the site. We will check to see what causes the issue and correct it for you !

Nope! Never did get it resolved. The developer promised to get it sorted out for me within 24 hours but this was not forth-coming.

In the end I found that the issue became resolved after I used a different theme so I guess there was some sort of clash taking place.

The developer found a glitch in my template plug in. I downloaded the latest update for my template plugin and the problem was solved.

What do you mean template plug in? Te template package or some other plug in associated with the template.

The template I am using is Helix Shaper. It has a Plugin package that is required to complete the template. The Plugin package was at fault. Once I updated the Plugin package to the latest version the problem was solved.
