Hanging Subscription Form

I am trying to create a new membership account. I enter a new username on the Account Information form upon which I immediately get a spinning cog-like wheel at the bottom of the page which continues to spin indefinitely with no option to complete the form and the Process Subscription button becoming inert.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It seems there is javascript conflict on your site causing this issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you ?

I too am having the same issue. After entering an email address I get a popup window that says "error" and then the cog appears next to the "process subscription" button. This happens for some users and not for others.

Its been nearly two weeks since I submitted my original enquiry on the forum and then followed it up with a support ticket.

There has been no response from the developers to this issue.

Anyone else here able to resolve this problem of a hanging or inert subscription and login form?

I have tested across multiple templates, browsers with other modules and components disabled and still unable to track the problem down.

Any suggestions would be appreciated from users as JoomDonation seem to have given up on this one. .

I did submit a ticket with my login details. You responded to it requesting a reminder of the issue. I responded to that with the information plus a screenshot of the issue.
