Yes that might be it, I am usually on the desktop and without thinking being used to select the plan first which is on the right, then moving to the user. Lately I was doing this on mobile which is how I stumbled on the issue. Ideally though it would be best for user section to not be dependent on having the plan selected at all as this would eliminate the stated problem no matter the order of selection.

As always, your fast response is very much appreciated

For now, please use the tip I mentioned to have the data populated properly. I will think more about it and improve this process in the future

Honestly, I usually don't change version number of the payment plugin. So to be sure you are running on latest version, please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package of the payment plugin and update it to your site

To update a payment plugin that I already have installed, do I go to "Payment Plugins" ("Plugin Manager") in Membership Pro and then under "Install New Plugin," I click "Choose File," select the newly downloaded version and install it? Do I uninstall the existing one?
