Tuan, Re- two-way synchronization of User Profile email address and MP email address. Thanks for adding this! Is there any way we can do a one-off synchronisation check of all email addresses between Joomla User emails and MP email addresses, ie to capture any that were out of synch prior to this feature being introduced?

Does Membership Pro offline plug-in support recurring plans like Event Booking does? I can't get my offline plugin to support it. I have the most recent version 2.17.2 and I've downloaded your additional offline plug-ins but no luck.

The offline payment plugin works with recurring subscription plan, too

Not sure what does not work for you? You cannot choose it while subscribing for the plan? If so, you can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to the subscription form

I will check to see why offline payment plugin does not appear and get it sorted

The plugin is published but there is a red x under "support recurring" in the back end payment plugins screen

When I set up the plan in the back end I am able to select it as a payment option.

However, in the front end when I go to subscribe/renew the recurring plan, it does not appear as a payment option.

Hi Tuan,

I figured out the problem. I had changed the permission on the offline plugin and set it incorrectly. I've changed the plugin permission and it's working again.
