How to disable the short-cut-key (CTRL + x) was created by Yoji Mizuno
I'm a user of Helpdesk Pro 5.0.2.
In this version, 'ctrl + x' assigned to close ticket.
I want to disable the feature, because many users are using 'ctrl + x' as the short cut key of 'cut' operation for 'cut and paste'.
Could anyone please tell me how to disable this short cut key?
Best Regards,
Yoji
