We have been using HelpDesk Pro for years and upgraded to the latest version. We were wondering if you would consider adding internal comments to the system. These would be comments that our support staff can see, but the people who posted the ticket can not.

Hi Don

Currently, we do not support that option. However, I can see that it could be a very useful feature, and will consider supporting it in future releases of the extension
