Tuan
Four screen shots
First showing a unresponded ticket - Backend
Second showing what happens when I click on the ticket name in backend - nothing
Third showing terrible formatting from front end when I log in as admin to view tickets - this may be caused by the template or css
Fourth where it shows me the ticket content but there is no add comment field

Oh i did find the add comment field in the frontend - it was not where I expected it along the ribbon on the three change buttons
But when I use it I get this awful mess with text being overwritten

Dear Paul
1. For empty page issue from back-end, it seems the issue causes by PHP version you are using on your server (I had a customer reported the same issue, I checked and found that his website is using PHP 5.4, so I had to edit code alilte to get it fixed). I just emailed latest version to you, could you please upgrade to your site and check it again !
2. For the layout of the page, It seems the component inherit some css from your site template. Could you please give me us access to your site so that we can edit css alitle to make it look better ?

There is some improvement with fields that weren't present now visible and improved backend views.
How can I provide you with access details in a confidential manner so you can review frontend problems

Dear Paul
1. For sending me information of your site, simply click on Support Tickets menu item at the top of this site to submit ticket.
2. The ticket is stored in the database. However, by default, the system only show tickets which requires your action (Open tickets). When you reply it, the extension will "hide" it from the list so that you can go to other open tickets and reply. If you want to see the "Hided tickets", choose "All" from ticket status dropdown and the ticket will be showed. Could you please try ?
