We are a small shop with one location. We have historically set up our events in two hour increments, allowing members to schedule a maximum of three contiguous events per day. We would typically have an event from 8:00am - 10:00am, the next from 10:00am to 12:00pm, etc. Now that we have converted our system over to Events Booking when our members attempt to book a second contiguous event they get the message "You cannot register for this event because it overlaps time with one of the event you registered." In this example the first event's end time is 10:00am and the second event's start time is 10:00am.
1. I understand that the end and start times are the same, but that is NOT an overlapping event! That is a contiguous event, especially since we only have one location. Is this expected behavior? Can the system recognize this an NOT overlapping?
2. As a workaround I wanted to change the first event to end at 9:59am as opposed to 10:00am and that appears to be impossible! I've changed Minutes Dropdown Value Increment in Configuration to 1. The dropdown displays values in minute increment up to 55! But it does not display any value above 55. Attempting to set Default Event End Date Minute in Configuration to 59 does not work either. The highest allowable value is 55. I believe this is a bug that should be resolved.
Having to schedule events from 8:00am to 9:55am, then from 10:00am to 11:55am is time consuming and error prone for our administrators, and confusing for our members. Please take a look at both scenarios.
Thank you
Jim

        Hi Jim
So do you need the system to check overlap or not? If not, I guess you just need to disable plugin Events Booking - Prevent Overlap Registration and the issue should be gone

Tuan
