For this, better submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the the event page. I will check to see why the register button is not being displayed and guide you to correct it. Could it be because you set Registration Type for the main event to Disable Registration ?

No, I checked to make sure the main event had both Individual and Group Registration enabled. More after you have a look.
