Could you please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it myself ? It seems SEF setting is causing some problems with your site URL !
I have fixed the dual index.php so now my website part is correct which is
www.canvasandcheers.com/index.php
when it goes to first data but something is still wrong. I have a 10 digit store number and I know that there is a 6 digit store number so I'm not sure if I have the right thing. Also, I am using first data connect 2.0 which may or may not be compatible with the plugin. It doesn't specify.
