EB FRegistration - dependent on PMF paid link was created by lcabezas
Hi Tuan,
Is this possible? We have both PMF and EB on two sites.
We would like EB registrants to pay (first) particular dues, which are located in PMF on another site. The PMF is standalone, and people can pay there anytime.
We have a particular field to identify each users. We can put those in both EB and PMF. Also, we use auto-fill up of their registration and payment form from a link we send them individually.
We don't have user accounts on those sites.
Appreciate if you can advise.
Regards,
Lito

Your setup seems complicated and I do not understand, sorry. Why can't you just allow users to pay directly via EB?

That's because we have other payment forms there that we also process.
This is for a non-profit organization. They usually pay different fees on PMF like:
Annual Membership Dues
Subscription to paid Newsletter
Post-graduate course fees
Other payments
Occasionally, they have an organization convention where we use EB. This is usually open to members and non-members (don't use PMF)
Members usually need to pay membership dues - sometimes they pay ahead of time.
Now, when they register for the convention (via EB), they must confirm whether they have paid membership dues before paying the convention fee. If not, they can't proceed unitl they have paid.
Both EB and PMF have been used for a long time and have a history of events that are needed.
We also have webhooks that logs all these transactions for them to view all their history in one view.
I hope it's clear.
Regards.
