Granting access to paid Zoom webinars for members of our site was created by Vince Bodie
We have installed Events Booking and Membership Pro on a new site we are building, and the next thing we need to set up is access to future monthly Zoom webinars that will be available for free to paid members of our site or for a one time fee for non-members.
Here is the workflow I was given showing how it was being done on the old site that did not use Membership Pro or Events Booking:
1. Create Zoom Event
2. Create Paid event
3. Create free link
4. Send out email to all of the listserv announcing the event and the paid link
5. Send out a subsequent immediate follow up email to Members Only with the free link
6. Send out reminder to all listserv the day before event.
7. Send out the free zoom link again to the Members Only the day before the event.
How we would like it to work:
A. Paid members of our site receive free access to the webinar
B. Unpaid members of our site pay a one time $50 fee to view the webinar
Not being very familiar with administering Zoom events I am hoping somebody here can give me some guidance on how to achieve this. Ideally we could combine 1-3 and 4-5 above and eliminate #7 altogether and have just one link to each event, so that it becomes just these steps:
1. Create Zoom Event and enter all details into Events Booking
2. Send out email to all of the listserv announcing the link on our website
3. Paid members login to our site and watch for free
4. Unpaid members pay the one time fee to watch
Is this doable?
If not, what is the recommended workflow?
Thanks!

If someone has same question, you can use zoom plugin
docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/zoom-integration
When users register for your event, they will be added to zoom automatically and also receive link to join the meeting in email. That should work
Regards,
Tuan
