Authorize.net Relay Response URL? was created by LeAnn Ely
Hello! Is there a specific URL that needs to go into authorize.net's account information to expedite the post back following a successful transaction? We just have the site's main URL (
www.site.com
) but occasionally we are receiving script timeout error messages from authorize.net, so I wondered if it should be something different.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hello
The right URL to use is domain.com/index.php?option=com_eventboo...method=os_authnetsim
Replace domain.com by URL of your site
Regards,
Tuan

You do not have to set up IPN for PayPal because Events Booking will pass the URL it needs automatically to PayPal when users register for your events

Thank you!
So if I am getting an error from PayPal on the response URL, could that be because of a misconfiguration within PayPal (I can't find anywhere that is incorrect) or could that be on the Joomla config?
I appreciate you!

My organization changed their name, so we edited their URL everywhere in Joomla appropriately.
We received this error from PayPal:
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
www.oldname.org
We made changes within PayPal, editing the URL in the merchant profile area as well as the IPN area, but since editing it, we received another email referencing the old URL. Both values in PayPal settings now say www.newname.org .
I did not see anywhere to change it in Events booking, but I thought I would ask, since our next step is to contact PayPal to see where we are missing this change.
Thank you for your very quick responses!

Exactly what's the URL in the warning message? Events Booking should not have the issue because the URL is registered for each registration and does not depend on the PayPal IPN URL configured in the account
If you have to configure PayPal IPN URL, just set it to www.newname.org/index.php
Regards,
Tuan
