Hi Chris
For supporting that new card type, you need to ask Eway support to see if it is possible. The payment process is handled by Eway within their website, and we do not have control over it

Thanks so much Tuan and sorry to have wasted your time.
I contacted Eway and embarrassingly for me I had to change a simple setting in my Eway portal to allow payments from American Express again using the new Responsive payments.
It had already included Visa and Mastercard as default but after being shown a number of menu clicks by Eway support I also needed to click to take American Express with their responsive 3.1 API.
This was frustrating for me as we have accepetd Amex through Eway for years using your previous payment plugin.
A bit embarrassing for me too that it was such an easy fix once I had found it.
Thanks so much for the advice, knowledge and patience Tuan.
I would never have figured this out myself sorry.
Could you please tell me how I get the new Eway Plugin name to show against each event booking record next as it just says 'Payment Method' instead of saying the name of the plugin?
That will be fully ready to use once I get that sorted thanks.

Hi Chris
That's strange to me. It should show the selected payment method instead of just Payment Method. Is this issue happens with old registration record (which is using old Eway payment plugin) or also happens with new registration record (which use the new Eway payment plugin) ?
Regards,
Tuan

Thanks Tuan
The old payment plugin always shows Eway in the Payment method every time.
It is only the new Responsive Plugin that isn't showing in the drop down list and isn't showing against each registration record.
This image below shows a registration record using the new responsive Eway plugin and just says Payment Method.
In the drop down options for the Payment method only Eway shows and that is the old payment plugin name.
When a payment is made using the old plugin it always shows as Eway.
It's like list of values isn't updating to show the new one.
This is a screenshot of my payment plugins and their names.
