I think i found out!!! In the fields for "Weight" there was no entry. When i set it to one for every type of ticket, the system counts one registrant for every sold ticket. I think that was the problem :)

By default, Weight should be set to 1 if you enable that setup for each ticket type. I'm glass you figured out
