Where to find "Calculate Number Registrants Based on Tickets Quantity" was created by Roy Mönster
Hi, i recently activated the plugin "Ticket Types" for "Events Booking" In the documentation there is the following entry:
- If you want number of registrants of the registration record (by default, it set to 1) calculated base on the quantity of each ticket types registrants select, go to Events Booking, find the config option Calculate Number Registrants Based on Tickets Quantity, set it to Yes

Thank you!!
I found the button, but it seem that this is not what it is supposed to do!? I have defindet some typed of tickets for an event. For testing i bought three tickets and in the last cell the system counts three registrants, see attached file. But when i go again to the events page the info ist, that no places where booked. I also definded an event capacity of 4 in the basic information of the events page. What am i doing wrong? The system should show, that there is only one more bookable ticket.

The question is what you perform registration, what payment method you were using? If you use online payment method such as PayPal, the system only counts that registration if you make payment. In case you do not make payment, it is not treated as a valid registration, and not being counted
For testing, maybe you can use offline payment method ?

Ok, i will try to explain it better.
We have four alpakas. people can book an event, where there can walk with the alpakas. it should be possible, to book the following tickets:
1 alpaka - 1 person
1 alpaka - two persons
1 alpaka - three persons
So whether one guest walks with one alpaka all the time or a group of maximum three persons walk with one alpaka. So at least we can have up to twelve persons which are walking with four alpakas.
With the normal events-registration (individual & group) we were not able to set it up. So we found "ticket types". I have translated it for you, that is what we definded at the moment:
In the Basic information of the event the event capacity is "4" because we only have 4 alpakas.
So no matter which ticket is sold, we can only sell four tickets because then all four alpakas are booked.
As you can see in the first image, i have bought some tickets via offline payment for testing. The system counts the sold tickets but it doesnt count for the event capacity.
I hope you can understand better now. thank you

What do you meant with "it doesnt count for the event capacity" ? Normally, the Capacity of the event will limit maximum number of registrants can register for that event and it will remain unchanged
So I still don't understand exactly the problem you are having here ?
