Most of them are getting the 400 error.
I see this was an issue earlier with Payfast. I don't know if the domain being changed to payfast.io from payfast.co.za is causing any issues. The domain is redirected but could there be a delay ?

Sadly, the link does not help. It's strange that PayFast could not tell us exactly what is the reasons of the error. Maybe they are too lazy ?

They have the data which we passed to them, so they should be easily check it's too see why their system causes 400 error. Could you please try to reach them again? Maybe make a phone call to their technical support

At least they should be able to tell us why it is wrong (for some customers like that) so that we can check it further

Without their help, we really could not know what's wrong here.

Hi Tuan

I reached out to their developers and this is the reply I got.

Kindly take note that the "400 Bad Request" error is a standard client error that arises when the server cannot categorize the error under any of the other established status code categories. It pertains to issues with the request submitted by the client before it's even processed by the server. The causes of this error are diverse and can encompass factors such as cached browser data, corrupted cookies, and cache.

Now the only thing that stands out in the those delegates that had the error is the number of  Registrants which shows 1 instead of the actual number of tickets.

Hi Sunil

The reason you mentioned is unrelated. The Number Of Registrants data for the registration record will only be updated to total number of tickets after payment completed

In this case, the payment was not processed, so the Number Registrants data is wrong is nothing strange
