May I ask one couple more questions.
The one reason we are looking to change from PayPal is what seems like 'random' rejections of payments using credit cards, which creates both support issues for our booking team and bad publicity for us. What was the reason you added Stripe and do you intend to drop PayPal?
Have you ever had to contact Stripe Support in the UK? If so, how do you find the level of support?
