the
Group registration button for an event shows for a guest user.
You can enter names after entering the number of members of the group. That works fine, but when submitting it generates the same message as in topic:

"Error
Field username is required
Please enter a username!
Please enter a valid username. No spaces at the beginning or end, at least 2 characters and must not contain the following characters: \ " ' % ; ( ) &"
There is no field to enter a username nor password.
For
events without entry fees, collecting names can be necessary, especially in times of COVID, or in a room with limited seating.
When working as a registered user, all works fine.
When toggling the setting "Collect Members Information In Group Registration", a registered member can enter the number of members of the group, but not the names of the group members. Names can be useful for zero fee events.
I have opened the superuser account "services@joomdonation.com" for which you have modified the password recently.
Hopefully there is a solution.
