Group registration - Login or registration is missing

Hi,

during the group registration, after entering the participants and spam protection comes the error message:

"Error
Field username is required
Please enter a username!
Please enter a valid username. No spaces at the beginning or end, at least 2 characters and must not contain the following characters: \ " ' % ; ( ) &"

For individual registration the login or registration comes here first, for group registration it does not.

I ask for help.

There must be something special on your site causing the error. Normally, on Billing Information Step, you should be able to enter username and password to login or register for new account and the error should not happen

For this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to group registration page. We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I still have the problem that no user registration form appears for a free event.

here is a sample event: dev.haiti-lauf.de/index.php/sponsorenlauf-in-de

when i want to register a single user, i can register an existing user as well as register a new user. However, as soon as I use the group registration, this part of the form does not appear.

I suspect it only occurs with a free event, since there is no shopping cart there. Is there a way to set this up in a timely manner for a free event as well? have I possibly set a configuration incorrectly?

I'm from Vietnam and could not access to that page (getting 403 error, guess AdminTools blocks location access)

Base on what you described, I think you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Billing Step For Free Events config option to Yes and it should solve the issue
