Tuan very kindly fixed this problem for me,
If other users are having similar problems, before you raise a ticket or issue Check EB Configuration.
Set Load CCC Bootstrap on Front End to 'NO' and see of problem goes away.
Your Template may not use Bootstrap and this could be the problem.
