Are you generating your token from the Zoom UI? If so, can you please make sure that even after you select “Other” or a time period longer than 90 minutes, that you’re copying the token below after? The token will update dynamically after you select the expiration time, and you need to copy it at that time. Once you navigate away, the token will default back to 90 minutes.

Yes I use the zoom ui to gen the token, and I am aware of the behaviour of the UI in this respect.

What I don't understand is why the token needs to be changed even before it gets to its expiration date! I'm sure its a zoom feature!

Strange if the token becomes invalid even before expiration date, not sure why Zoom makes it works like that

Neither do I, but, now that I know about the response.txt file I can keep a closer eye on the situation in the future. Thanks for the support.
