Hello

When someone register for the event, do you see a registration record with Paid status in Registrants Management?

Also, do you see him added to Zoom? I guess he is not added to Zoom (there could be multiple reasons like wrong token settings...) and that's the reason these tags are not being replaced

Yes it's written "PAID" but the event is free

In this, there could be something wrong with zoom settings. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me ID of that registration record so that I can check it for you

Hi Tuan,

was there any obversations or a solution available for Pascal?

We have the same issues while using the latest version of ebooking - JWT Token and Meeting settings are set correct but the resolution of the shorts codes / registration of members against Zoom not happens.

Any advice on how to debug or to have a specific look into logs maybe?

Usually, we will have to look at log file to see what's wrong. The log file can be found at plugins/eventbooking/zoom/zoom_response.txt

I am having the same problem. Have reset the tokens in the plugin and this is what is in the response.txt file:

The last error is Invalid access token, so there is something wrong with the token you entered into Zoom JWT ID parameter of the plugin

happens on our side as well. As soon as we have a couple of request (event registrations) the JWT Token expires. (Feels like the zoom token has a very low quota for invalid requests).

I always use the custom option for the expiry time on the token on the zoom app. I usually set it to 12 months ahead. Seems to work for sometime, then I guess zoom makes some changes and I have to recreate the jwt key.
