Waiting list front end

Hello,

I would like to see how much people are on the waiting list in the front end similar to the people who are registered.
That event organizer would also need to be able to see the list from the front end. Is that possible?

I found a way, I added code in event_properties.php.
It connects to the DB and check for published status 3 of that event in the registrant list. Normally that should do it. Just to be sure: Is "published" status 3 waitling list?

Yes. published = 3 mean the registration is in waiting list

sorry for my late reply.
Here is the code (keep in mind i'm not the top notch code writer but it works like this )
I inserted this code in the file: components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/common/event_properties.php after line 151
Everywhere you should place your own info I indicated with < >
To see the final result I use a modal popup box styled uikit v2, because I use a Yootheme theme Uikit is already included in my page. So maybe you should do your own styling depending on the theme you use. I indicated that also in my code.

I added a txt file, because my reply got blocked when I inserted the code directly in the message.
