Registration History - disable edit registrant

Registration History - disable edit registrant was created by Alison
HI Tuan
I have just noticed that on the Registration History page, when a user clicks the first name of a registratnt it takes them to a page where they can edit the registrant details.
I am using Membership Pro so they access it via the account page
Can I disable them being able to edit these details please, I already have the permissions set so that front end registrants management is disabled for these users.
