1. Create a folder called override under components/com_eventbooking/view
2. Inside that folder, create folder registrant. So now, we will have folder components/com_eventbooking/view/override/registrant
3. Get this file, unzip it, upload the received file to the above folder components/com_eventbooking/view/override/registrant
Then the save button will be hidden and prevent users from saving change to the registration record
