Hi Tuan,
Sorry - my fault for posting in the wrong place - I meant to put this in the support ticket. The Xero_downloaded field is explained in a separate post there. basically it is just a flag to say "this record has already been downloaded to Xero" so we can filter it and not duplicate records in Xero. It should be set as 'yes' (or 1) when a record is downloaded and re-set to 'no' (or 0) when a record [that has been downloaded] is changed - ie when the status changes.
