Over 11k repeat group registrations was created by craig Chapman

I have a user that registered but the system created over 11000 repeat registrations. I have the latest version. What could be causing this?

Look like a spam registration to me? Or maybe you are using this plugin eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/plugins/auto-registration ?

Could you please check and make sure captcha is enabled on your site? And also make sure the plugin is disabled?

I've turned off the plugin and enabled captcha. How do I get rid of all the registrations without the component timing out? Is there an xml page with the names?

How could we know what registrations to remove?

All the registration records are stored inside table #__eb_registrants

Maybe you can empty the table? or run an SQL command to remove all the registration records with ID greater than a certain number?

Hey Tuan. I had another registration today and I have 11,317 of the same registrant. What would cause this? instead of 1 it's giving 11,317. There has to be code for this instance to happen somewhere.
Here is the result:
Today 11317 $79.98
Yesterday 0 $0.00
This week 11317 $79.98

That's strange to me. Could you please help submitting a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Send me link to registration form

I will check your setup to see what could be the reason of this error and find a solution

Hi

I checked and figured out the reason of the error. It causes by Auto Register plugin. In Auto Register Event IDs, you also included 15 (ID of the current event) and it causes the recursive process in registration

I edited the event with ID = 15, correct the Auto Register Event IDs parameter and the issue won't happen anymore
