Hi Tuan--

I am am also trying to add a second confirmation email, but do not see the "Receive Confirmation Email" parameter on the Custom Field page. Please point me to that setting.

Hi Jim

Please check the Display In setting of the field. The Receive Confirmation Email setting of the field will only be displayed if Display In is set to one of the following value:

All
Individual Registration Form
Group Registration Billing Form
Both Individual And Group Registration Billing Form

Hi Tuan--

OK--I have set "Display In" to All and "Receive Confirmation Email" to Yes. However, registrants still do not receive a confirmation email. I am receiving the Administrator emails, so I am confident the site email is functioning correctly with EB. Please advise if there are additional settings or where the issue may be.

Several more pieces of information. I have the "Send Confirmation Email To All Group Members" to Yes in Configuration. Also, I can see all the messages in the Email log--both the Administrator messages as well as the registrant messages. As I mentioned, the Admin messages make it through but the registrant messages do not. To test if the email address is an issue, I have even tested with the registrant email set to be identical to the Admin email address, yet only the Admin email makes it through. Need help as to where else to check??

Hi Jim

For this, we will need to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to registration form

We will check to see why registrant is not receiving email and get it sorted. Something you should check:

- Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, make sure User Email Subject field has data entered. If it's empty, the email won't be sent to registrant
- Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Send Notification Emails config option to Enabled.

I've been following this thread today. I have the same issue with no secondary emails going out, even if configured as Than specified. I also use an SMTP relay, so I can see that no other emails are being sent besides the one to the primary email field. All other email fields send no message.

Hello Steve

Please note that Notification Emails can also be setup on individual event (in Notification Emails parameter under Advanced Settings tab on add/edit event screen). If the email is entered there, it will be used instead of the emails in Configuration

Maybe you can check to see if the email is entered there? if Yes, enter the second email there (comma separated), then check it again?

Hi Tuan,

Thank you. I actually don't have any notification email for admins set up. In general settings for Events Booking, under Mail Settings, I have "Send notifications to event creator" checked. Which works. See screenshot.

The extra fields is where the issue lies. The first email address in Custom Fields (provided by default) works. Any subsequent email fields don't send the message, even though "Receive Confirmation Email" is checked.
