Multiple Notifications emails was created by Bandola
Hi!
We are two admins that need notification emails to separate inboxes.
How do we add that in the notification emails field?
Do we separate with "," or ";"?
Like: myname@mail.com,hisname@mail.com?
Kind regards,
Ola

Sorry to revive/jump in on this: can this be set for individual events or is it a global setting?
Thanks,
Melissa

Hi Melissa
It can be set for individual event if needed. Edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, you will see Notification Emails setting. If you enter the emails there, these emails will receive notification instead of the one entered in Events Booking -> Configuration
Regards,
Tuan

If I just put in 1 email in that box will it only send to that, or also send to that?
The main config is set to send to info@mysite and I want a specific event to ALSO send to teacher@mysite: do I need to add both to this box or just teacher?
Thanks!

You need to enter both (comma separated): info@mysite,teacher@mysite
When you enter Notification Emails for the event, the Notification Emails settings in Events Booking -> Configuration won't have any affect

Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Is it possible to add an additional email field to the form, so that a confirmation message can be sent to an extra address? For example, if a child registers for an event, they can enter both their email address and their parent email address, and both will get the email ...?

Yes Steve. Just go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, create a new custom field you want to allow users to enter second email
For that field, set Receive Confirmation Email parameter to Yes and the email entered on that field will receive confirmation email
