Show Custom Fee Fields in cart

There will be no conflict since it's two separate products. However, I must be honest that I don't know how you can configure the two products to have it works together

I guess you will have to customize code to handle this integration but I am not sure if it's an easy job

For sure, in Events Booking, you cannot select a fee option before adding the event to cart. However, you can still allow choosing the fee option on checkout/registration form, so I don't know why you need to use EShop to handle it. Guess I still don't really understand your requirement

The scenario I have on this site is that a single user needs to book multiple events for multiple people, a family for example, and for family group book options for transport,hotel pickup,equipment,food etc.. all which have an additional cost.

I need all of these options (which are different for each event) clearly displayed with each event, so they select all of the options and know the price before going to the cart,then need to be able to checkout or select several more events and options prior to checkout.

Ah, OK. In this case, using EShop as you said seems to be a better choice
