Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

That error should not related to Events Booking version. I can see that it's conflict with your site somehow

As the order is associated with a different user account already, could you please let me know name or email of the user purchased it so that I can verify and assign order to your account?

Thanks. I found and assigned order to your account. You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package and update it to your site now

I download new version and it still dont work (.
What can i do ?

Update: We checked and figured out that the issue cause by template (it has code remove jquery library and javascript code added by Joomla core)

This issue is sorted now (and not related to Events Booking)
