Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Hello guys i have a problem when I place callendar or trying to register i getting error
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at eventbookingjq.js:4 (Name of document is different in different pages) like this:

How i can fix it ?
Or what can i do with it ? Joomla 3.6.5
When i add jquery-1.12.4.js
I got another errors like at Object._saveOptions (jquery.validationEngine.js:1897)

I lost my acc from which i bought this component, and i cant give you access to webstie because it is on localhost.

1. You can let us know the email you used to purchase the product or Paypal Transaction ID of the purchase so that I can verify the order

2. You will need to give us access to your site, maybe setup it to a server. Without access to the site, we could not check and solve this conflict

I am afraid of we could not do it via Skype as the connection is so slow here. You really should setup your site to a server so that we can access to it (you might need more support in the future, too)

Or you can make a backup of your site, then upload it to somewhere and send us the download link

We will then download it, restore it on our computer, check the issue to see the reasons and guide you to correct it

Fixing javascript conflict is not easy, sometime, it could be 20 minutes, sometime, it could be few hours. So we could not work together via team viewer or Skype as requested
