The program you designed is strange ,I spent 3 weeks to try it, but still can not fit my request. EX:now I would like to open one new course, pay the fee of course and registered it by one time only, it has five days lessons each week, no need to pay the lessons every day. Pls advise this program if has the function as my request? I feel very depressed.

Hi

No, I won't ignore. The problem is that we are having Lunar New Year holiday here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_New_Year , and I don't have much time to work, so I have to delay reply some of the questions and tickets. We are coming back to work on Monday next week and everything will be OK from that time

Today, I will come back to Hanoi (where I work) and will start looking and answering all the remaining questions. Please be patient and wait for me, the holiday is finally, over now

We also have Chinese new year this week , and my deadline of this project is on Feb/16.If you can not solve my all questions APAS,I will lose my job next week.I don’t know why the evaluation of your program got high???because each questions I asked before, your answers all didn’t solve my request. This program is not very mature and considerate .

My first question I asked 3 weeks ago, still not be solved.

My third big question, pls tell me what’s function of mini calendar? ex: I have one event will take place 30 days, why the mini calendar only show one day with different color on callendar? not show 30 days?

Hi

I answered your other questions. Events Booking is a good extension, but from your other post, I can see that you might need a different kind of extension (Course Booking extension like I mentioned)

For mini calendar, we only show one day of the event in the calendar (based on event start date). However, if you really want to show it on multiple days in the calendar (from start date until end date), we can help with code modification to complete this task, too

But before we do that, please make sure Events Booking can be used for your requirement (based on my answers for your other forum topic)

1. For mini calendar, I DO need to show it on multiple days in the calendar (from start date until end date), Pls help to solve this problem with code modification to complete this task ASAP.

2. Pls see below case, and modify this problem
EX: now one YOGA course which has been registered and charged one time only,30 days includes 6 lessons.
But now it shows registered 6 times by each lesson!!! from2016-2-14 to 2016-3-13.I don’t need to registered 6 times, need one time only.How probable happen like this??

Pls solve above problems asap,otherwise ,I am going to lose my job next week. Pls advise your skype account to me,which can help us communicate and speed up.

That would be simply because it is a very good extension with an amazingly accessible and responsive development team. From what I've seen, Tuan regularly goes above-and-beyond-the-call-of-duty to accommodate his clients, *way* further than for any other component I have ever purchased from any other developer.

I realize your frustration with the software not doing what you expected. As for any piece of software, the extension can't do everything that every customer has in mind for it. The dev team is very active, adding new user-suggested features on a regular basis. This *may* not be the component for you. If not, Tuan is always very ready to offer a refund.

While I can help you with the problem #1, I don't know I can help you with the item #2. To be more clear:

1. If it a bug in the extension, I am going to fix it

2. However, if it is a customization to meet your own need, I cannot help.

So for now, I can only help you with the item #1, for the item #2, I don't really understand yet, so I could not promise to help

I can confirm this is a bug.

The fix is very simple. I will put a fix in my git Repository for it so that hopefully Tuan can pull it down with a pull request.
