Hi Tuan, I appreciate you adding this to your "to do" list and look forward to the updates when they're available
. How will I know when it's time to upgrade to the latest and greatest version of EB?
Kind regards,
Judy

When you go to Events Booking -> Dashboard, if you see new version notification, then that's the time for update !

Tuan

I confirm having the same problem with the general conditions. I set the general configuration to YES and general condition per event to YES.
Regardless of the Load JQuery javascript library set to yes or no, the general conditions does not show the defined article. It shows the default front page and shows all the featured articles.
As mentioned by Tuan, you have to create a hidden menu linked to an additional menu module. I assigned it in Debug position, but it is not even necessary to assign a position to the module.
I created a menu item to a single article. It works.
You can add as many menu items to your different single articles : It works as well : different events, different conditions
It does not work if you menu item is linked to the category that contents your conditions
Hope that helps

Hi Tuan, for some reason the T&C's popup issue has come back. Load JQuery is set to "Yes", which resolved the empty popup window last time. How come it has stopped working?
I also see that there is an update available. But when I click to Update button in the Dashboard, it takes me into my account but it looks like I have to purchase the product again. Is that right?

Hi Judy
We provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase, so if you purchase it in less than one year, you just need to submit a support ticket letting me know Paypal Transaction ID of your purchase.
I will then check your order, assign it to your account so that you can download the latest version and upgrade it to your site. I believe this issue is now completely fixed on the latest version.

Tuan

Hi Tuan, I bought EB in April 2013. Does this mean I have to purchase it again and reinstall?

Hi Judy
Unfortunately, Yes if you want to get latest version. However, you can submit a support ticket sending me admin and FTP account of your site.
We will fix the issue directly on your site with the current version you are having if you could not afford to purchase the new version

Tuan

Hi Tuan, thanks for explaining. Purchasing again is not a problem, I'd first like to know whether I need to uninstall the current version before installing the new purchase, or can I just install over the existing version?

Hi Judy
Just install the new version over the old version. I would suggest that you back up your current site first before making the upgrade. The reason is because the new version has major changes compare to old version.
