No notification emails

No notification emails was created by mattbeckner
:( I have set up an event on the Event Booking Component 1.5.3 running on Joomla 2.5.9

The configuration is set to send notification emails to emails I have verified that work. Neither email gets a notification when a person registers. Please help if you can!

Hi

What payment method you are using ? Also what is the status of the registration record ? Does the registrant receive any email ?

Please give me more information so that I can check and get it sorted .

I am using the PayPal method. As far as the registrants getting emails I would have to contact them to see.

Hi

Please try to contact your registrants to see whether they are receiving emails or not. If they receive email, then there must be a problem with the email which you are using and you will need to switch to use a different email.

Please get back to us once you received response from your registrants.

I contacted the registrants and they did not receive any confirmation emails either.

What is the status of the registration record after users complete payment ? Is it Pending or Paid ? Please check it and get back to me.

It is paid. They get their credit card receipts from paypal.

No no. I mean when you view the registration record from back-end of your site in Events Booking, what's the status of the record ?

It does show that their registration is paid. I have attached a screen shot of the status of one of the registrants.

OH

If the registration status is Paid, then everything works well. In this case, I believe there is a problem with the mail settings on your site. Could you please go to back-end of your site, create a new users to see whether that user receive email or not ?
