upgrading versions

Hi

When I try to use Booking events,
Components --> event-booking --> events

I get the following error message

404 - An error has occurred.
Component not found[/color]

it also happens with configuration

I have now running

PHP Version 5.4.3
Apache 2..2.22
Joomla 2.5.9
mySQL 5.5.24

What does this message mean?

I also have install event booking for version 2.5_3.0.

It seems there was something wrong during the installation process. Please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can install it for you to get the issue sorted.
