CSV Export Registration not showing Group Billings

I raised a support ticket and provided the developer with my site log in details to investigate but I'm still waiting to hear back.

If it gets resolved I'll let you know.

@ALL : This issue happens when you use Group Registration for Free Events only and I just fixed it. If you are still having this issues, please download latest version, upgrade to your site. After that, the issue will be solved .

I download the lastest version, but I still see no group member for free events? How can I check if my version is the lastet version?

actually, i've now just tested it and it's fine. I downloaded mine from my customer area. Perhaps it needs a refresh/cache clear to kick the new version into working?

says Event Booking version 1.4.4 at the bottom if that's any help

Ah!

It is only working for registrations made AFTER i updated. An old event I still have registrations for that has now passed is not displaying them still.

So perhaps that is your problem FloBo?

@ALL : After doing the update, you will also need to go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Include Group Biiling Records in CSV Export and set it to Yes .

After that, the group billing records will be exported for sure .

I'm having the same problem, and it's also not exporting all fields to the CSV file. I also have 1.4.4.

@ALL : If anyone still has this issue after upgrading to latest version. please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you .
